Developer's Forum 21 (for executives from the Karlsruhe region only)

This forum is open to all HR-executives in charge of personal or organisational development in small and/or medium enterprises. It is a quarterly forum, designed for the discussion of current issues and problems in an open and supportive environment. You are invited to:

• Present and discuss your own current problems, projects and strategies
• Get feedback, hints and ideas from colleagues, peers and consultants
• Test your ideas, plans and strategies in a confidential and friendly atmosphere
• Get up-to-date and cost-efficient support from experts of your region

We take care of an adequate organisation and environment:

• Small groups (5 - 10 participants)
• Professional facilitation
• All necessary media
• A comfortable and open atmosphere
• Near you (in the Karlsruhe area)
